Position Overview: The Workflow Coordinator, Pre-Analytical (7:00am - 3:30pm) manages the entire workflow of patient samples to ensure quality and turnaround times are met. This will include close partnership with laboratory staff and various functions on sample processing and testing, providing regular status reports to stakeholders . Additional duties will include support for various projects, as well as assisting the laboratory team with any new laboratory process implementations. Essential Duties: Include, but are not limited to, the following: - Manage and monitor the progression of all testing to ensure quality is maintained and turn-around-times are met. - Prioritize cases according to turn around time and STAT requests from clients. - Maintain accurate Pending log and Batch creation process. - Investigate...
