This may include cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to prevent wear and tears. - Repair or replace defective machine parts, components, or systems. This may involve using hand and power tools, specialized equipment, and potentially fabricating parts. - Use various tools and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks, such as power tools, and other machinery. - Fix or replace faulty electrical components, repair plumbing fixtures, patch walls, and address minor carpentry issues. - Document completed work, tracking inventory, and maintaining records of maintenance activities. - Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
