Job description

Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer programs across the full product lifecycle, including design, development, New Product Introduction (NPI), mass production, sustaining, and end-of-life (EOL). This role serves as the primary customer interface and is accountable for program execution, schedule adherence, cost management, and overall customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the design, development, manufacturing, and service phases of NPI programs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments Establish, manage, and ensure compliance with customer agreements, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and service levels Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to ensure on-time, high-quality program delivery Formulate, organize, and manage interdependent projects across multiple functions and sites Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and drive acc...
