About the role The Senior Management Accountant will act as a trusted advisor to management of the eight ARC Metalcentre branches and other key stakeholders providing commercial leadership and governance, strategic fact-based commercial insights and relevant, accurate and timely financial management advice and operational and investment decision support to help the business deliver on its targets. This is achieved against a backdrop of a thorough understanding of the current state of the business and delivering reliable annual budgets and periodic forecasts, whilst also having full responsible for preparing of month journals, P&L review and branch reporting. Job Specific Responsibilities: - End‑to‑end ownership of month‑end journals and balance sheet reconciliations for ARC Metalcentre; support month‑end processes for Steel & Tube WA. - Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for ARC Metalcentre. - Provide commercial analysis and insight, partnering closely with ARC Metalcentre leadership on performance and planning. - Support reporting requirements for Group Finance, external auditors, and key internal stakeholders. - Act as the primary liaison...
