POSITION SUMMARY: As, your responsibilities will include training new employees for their roles, establishing performance requirements for the tracking team that align with customer specifications and meeting with your team to ensure that they are performing at the level expected to move forward to other areas of the operations. Must be willing to operate forklift. 2nd SHIFT 3:00PM TO MIDNIGHT ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - Manage, coordinate, direct, lead and mentor all operations employees during their probationary period.
