What You’ll Do: IPO & Financial Reporting: Support preparation and review of the S-1, including financial statements, MD&A, and footnotes in line with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations to ensure reporting aligns with the overall S-1 narrative Work with auditors, valuation specialists, and legal counsel to support filing and audit readiness Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and future SEC reporting requirements (10-K, 10-Q) Assist with non-GAAP reconciliations, key metrics, and investor-facing disclosures Technical Accounting & Policy Developme...
