The majority of this role is devoted to direct patient care and hands-on clinical leadership — supervising providers, coaching in real time, and ensuring the highest standards of care at the point of service. A secondary portion of the role encompasses administrative and operational responsibilities, including quality improvement oversight, regulatory compliance support, and collaboration with senior leadership. Administrative duties are performed in coordination with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and are designed to complement, not compete with, the clinical work that defines this position. Applicants should expect a schedule that is primarily patient-facing, with protected time carved out for necessary leadership functions.
