Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland's Infrastructure Segment are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to provide strategic leadership, co-ordinate and manage bidding activity across the HS&M Business Unit and support the wider Transportation Sector. Ensuring a coherent and consistent approach to successfully meet client requirements, BAM objectives and assure BAM Stage Gate corporate governance from SG1-4. Your team: - The role will be based our of our office in Central London. Making Possible: As Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Building the Team - Organising and leading Business Unit Preconstruction meetings, forums and regular updates - Proactively participating and contribution to Transport Sector Preconstruction meetings - Ensuring, in conjunction with the Business Unit Leadership Team, HS&M Director and Sector Preconstruction Lead , a preconstruction competency within the business unit - Setting the example of the professional behaviours expected - Ensuring with the HS&M Director and Sector Preconstruction Lead that sufficient number and calibre of resources made available to the Bid Manager for each tender, working with the leader...
