The Product Manager for Microwave Radios is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of Nokia's microwave radio portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, technological trends, and customer needs to ensure Nokia maintains a competitive edge and drives business growth in the microwave transmission domain. Product Strategy & Roadmap Definition: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for the microwave radio portfolio, aligning with Nokia's overall business objectives and market leadership aspirations. Conduct in-depth market analysis, customer segmentation, and technology trend assessment to identify new opportunities and guide the evolution of product features, capabilities, and solutions. Ensure the microwave radio portfolio remains highly competitive, addressing emerging customer requirements and anticipating future technological shifts.
