Job Description: Über die Rolle: Der/Die Reliability Engineering Manager verantwortet die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Reliability-Engineering-Teams sowie die standortweite Reliability- und Asset-Performance-Strategie. Ziel ist die nachhaltige Steigerung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Prozessstabilität und Lifecycle-Performance bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung der GMP-Compliance . Dies erfolgt durch den konsequenten Einsatz datenbasierter Analysen, etablierter Reliability-Methoden (z. B. RCA, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC) sowie durch robuste Wartungs- und Change-Management-Prozesse.
