Position Summary The HR Coordinator – Talent Acquisition & Workers’ Compensation Administration provides administrative and coordination support to Daiso USA’s Total Rewards team, with a primary focus on onboarding, recruiting administration, workers’ compensation documentation, and HR operational support. This role helps ensure new hires, associates, managers, store teams, and external partners receive timely support and that HR processes are completed accurately and consistently across Daiso’s multi-location retail environment. This position is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing documentation, follow-up, and system updates in a fast-paced environment. The role is administrative in nature and requires strong communication, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
