Senior Manager Participant Financial Success B2B Activation Participant Financial Success is a newly established subdivision within Vanguard Workplace Solutions (launched in mid‑2025), created to bridge the participant journey from retirement solutions to retail investor products and services. The organization is focused on positioning Vanguard as a lifelong financial wellness partner—not solely a retirement provider. This role leads a team of investment analysts delivering investment support to clients in alignment with business strategy. Core Responsibilities: Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
