Job description

Position Overview The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This position focuses on CNC machining technology, automation, industrial software, and data integration. The engineer will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and production performance by integrating sensors, cameras, robotics, and machine controls with manufacturing control and tracking systems. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams and serves as a technical problem‑solver for complex manufacturing and automation challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate software technologies that communicate with a wide range of CNC, automated, and manufacturing equipment. - Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic to support production tracking, machine control, and data acquisition systems. - Specify, integrate, and interface sensors, vision systems, and devices across CNC and automated equipment. - Design and implement data connectivity solutions, including reading from and writing to SQL, SAP, and Microsoft Access databases. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and...
