Job description
This more senior curriculum development position leads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of dealer training curricula and certification pathways across sales, service, parts, warranty, and specialty programs. This role translates business strategy and performance needs into scalable learning architecture, ensures accuracy and compliance of certification rules and reporting, and partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in adoption, proficiency, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Strategy, Certification Governance & Portfolio Management - Own curriculum architecture and certification pathway design, defining role-based learning plans, prerequisites, and progression standards aligned to dealer/field capability models. - Lead controlled publishing and version management of certification trackers and curriculum documentation, ensuring stakeholder access, audit-ready traceability, and single-source-of-truth governance. - Establish and maintain certification rule sets and program logic (rule groups, exceptions, eligibility) to ensure consistent interpretation across job families, brands, and specialty programs. - Design and exe...
