Job description

Qualifications: - Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!” - Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork. - Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. - Assist produce manager in ordering, receiving, and displaying all product for processing - Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality - Set up and maintain cut vegetable and cut fruit sections, trim corn, package salad tomatoes as directed by the Produce Manager - Ensure all food safety policies and procedures are being followed - Order supplies as directed by the Produce Manager - Assist and coordinate the training of fresh pack associates as directed by the Produce Manager - Maintain quality and freshness of all fresh pack products - Ensure all items required to have a COOL label are maintained daily - Enforce and maintain the company food safety program - Trim and package fresh produce - Keep workstation and ar...
