Skills is looking for a Manager at the Adult Training Facility in the Mifflintown area. The Manager of the Adult Training Facility directs, supervises, plans, and coordinates the work of assigned employees and ensures compliance with company and department policies and procedures. The manager provides the support and assistance to individuals with disabilities so they can achieve those skills necessary to live independently within the community and to create conditions within the facility to facilitate growth and self-awareness. He/she oversees the safety of the physical environment and addresses concerns in a timely manner; demonstrates knowledge of regulations by maintaining compliance with regulations within the residential site; participates in annual inspections of the facility; assists the Director in developing a Plan of Correction to address the results of inspection.
