This role is critical in supporting the organization from initial setup through project execution to full-scale plant operations. You will be responsible for establishing HR frameworks, driving large-scale workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The position demands a hands-on leader who can operate in a dynamic, project-driven environment while laying a strong foundation for long-term people and organizational success.
