Overview LPN PRN Opportunity - Millcreek of Arkansas is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to become part of the dynamic and compassionate nursing team in Fordyce, AR. Available PRN Shifts and Hours in our: Millcreek Behavioral Health is a residential treatment center that provides care through our diverse programs for children and adolescents who are suffering from a variety of mental health disorders and/or intellectual challenges. We offer a comprehensive therapeutic program with services that are provided by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, case managers, licensed clinical therapists, registered nurses, nutritionists, and recreational therapists. - Residential Program for the Intellectually Challenged (ICF/IID), ages 10-17 - Day, Night and Weekend Shifts - Must be flexible with all shifts - 12 hrs - 7a-7p and/or 7p-7a Responsibilities: PURPOSE STATEMENT: Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice, as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures.
