School Summary Iowa Connections Academy (IACA) is a tuition-free, full-time virtual public school for students in grades K-12 throughout Iowa. The school operates in partnership with the CAM Community School District in Anita, IA. IACA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED. Position Summary: Working your home office in Iowa part time, the Intervention Specialist will provide assistance to students who are at risk of failing courses. Additionally, students who have failed courses will receive information from the Intervention Specialist about credit recovery opportunities. You will also be point person and lead for our MTSS program and student intervention identification. Important functions of the job include analyzing data, working with individual students or small groups, and training and supporting teachers through the intervention process.
