Position Overview: The Construction Services Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects from initial preconstruction through final completion and turnover. This position serves as a strategic liaison between development, design, construction teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of the project lifecycle. The Construction Services Manager is responsible for delivering projects on schedule and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and contractual compliance. Through proactive oversight, collaboration, and problem-solving, this role helps mitigate risk, optimize performance, and ensure operational readiness at project completion.
