Operations Manager (Sales) – Off the Plan Apartments About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager (Sales) to support and optimise the performance of our Off the Plan property sales. This role manages sales processes, maintains CRM systems, supports sales reporting and forecasting, and ensures the sales team has the tools and insights required to maximise performance. Working closely with, and reporting to, the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and enabling a high-performing sales environment. This position sits at the heart of the sales function, providing critical operational support and insightful analysis that empowers the sales team to focus on what they do best—driving results and building strong customer relationships.
