The Opportunity: This role conducts Affiliate Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) as part of a team that manages all of the bank’s affiliate agreements which present heightened regulatory and internal risk exposure compared to arms‑length third‑party relationships. The role is operationally heavy, with responsibilities spanning: the establishment of bank-consumed and bank-provided affiliate service agreements, including Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement authoring; driving agreement actions through governance and committee requirements; performing ongoing monitoring of affiliate providers; and tracking financial impacts.
