Role Responsibilities: - Assist guests through the rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time - Properly utilize the RTP rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned - Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process - Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests - Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the RTP rental system - Work with Rental leads, the Rental Supervisor and the Repair staff to ensure the highest level of equipment maintenance - Work with supervisor to maintain Rental S...
