Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Life Cycle Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Execute Life Cycle Engineering across all product platforms and be a partner with R&D, Operations, and Quality to ensure seamless transitions between product development stages. - Establish, maintain, and enhance life cycle KPIs such as robustness, manufacturability, maintainability, cost efficiency, sustainability, and reliability. - Define governance processes for change management, design updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead root-cause investigations (e.g., DFMEA/PFMEA, DOE, statistical analysis) and drive sustainable corrective actions. - Oversee design changes, cost‑down initiatives, and performance improvements without compromising quality or compliance. - Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to ensure alignment of changes and improvements. - Communicate technical and strategic priorities to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders and serve as the technical escalation point for product performance issues, field feedback, and customer complaints. - Ensure all life‑cycle enginee...
