The mission of the Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist at Cozey As Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist reporting to the Director of Retail Strategy & Operations, your mission is to lead the in-store visual experience across our North American retail network. You design the layouts, manage the in-store sample toolkit (swatches, miniatures, accessories), execute the product ordering with manufacturers, drive the in-store logistics, and guide the Visual Lead in every store — all to maximize conversion, sales per sq ft, and brand consistency across every Cozey location.
