About the Role: Grindr is an AI-native platform powering how millions of gay people connect globally. With 15M+ monthly users, 130B+ annual messages, and a team of fewer than 200, we move fast, stay lean, and tackle technical problems at a scale few companies ever see. As a Product Marketing Manager at Grindr, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the core user experience that powers our community — from browsing and chatting to making meaningful connections. You will lead go-to-market strategies, influence product direction, and ensure that the voice of our users is embedded in everything we build. This highly cross-functional role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data, and Marketing. Your mission: craft strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across Grindr’s most essential product experiences, helping millions of people connect in more authentic and valuable ways.
