Parallel Employment is actively searching for dedicated Machine Operators to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay Rate : $18.50 to $24.50 Depending on Experience - Set up, operate, and monitor machinery for manufacturing processes. - Conduct quality checks on products using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.). - Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshooting as needed. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines throughout operations. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Document and report production data and any issues that arise.
