Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for strategic leadership, technical oversight, regulatory compliance, and continuous advancement of the physical environment in a healthcare setting. This role encompasses master-level expertise in healthcare facility operations, life safety compliance, building systems engineering, and infrastructure lifecycle management. This position serves as a liaison with the organization’s environmental health and safety team to ensure NFPA, CMS, Joint Commission, EPA, local, state, or other federal agencies rules or codes are met. This position also serves as the safety department liaison to assist in the alignment of facilities and alignment of the forementioned agencies and governmental oversight.
