Nature and Scope The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) may be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The advanced practice provider is responsible for the assessment, medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and referral of clinic patients seen at the North Fork Office, Quincy Office or Indian Valley Office. The APP plans patient care using skills specific to his/her individual training and experience and works under established protocols. Location: We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971. Compensation: Compensation Philosophy: - We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience. Compensation range: - $70.55 - $100.59 / hour Sign on Bonus: - $25,000.00 Housing Stipend: - We offer a $1,500 per month housing stipend during the first three months of employment for individuals who do not currently have housing within 35 miles of PDH and need to relocate.
