What you’ll do: - Perform Routine and Complex Planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems - Perform repairs on HVAC components, including hoods, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and DOAS units. - Review Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV), & Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) reports generated by 3rd-party contractors. - Intermediate planned preventative maintenance for electrical and plumbing systems - Maintain & operate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure ther...
