A high level of detailed electronic documentation is required and adherence to company and state guidelines is expected. Ensure delivery of wellness services to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees and their families by promoting and developing awareness of the program and conducting full eligibility screenings of potential clients. Provide comprehensive case management to CBP employees and their families who are seeking a better quality of life. The Case Manager is part of a multidisciplinary team who serves as the bridge between clinical services, wellness services and community resources. This position will work with clients to deliver case management in office setting and/or community-based settings.
