Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in a policy, legal, trust and safety, or technology environment. Preferred qualifications: - JD, MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field - Experience with the ads ecosystem or ad technology. - Understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Model (AI/LLM) systems and aligning policy frameworks with product and engineering teams. - Ability to translate issues into simple and clear language, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigate organizational boundaries. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment. - Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
