Job description

The solutions coordination team is a critical part of the overall success of a product line. As a Digital Solutions Coordinator you will be accountable for the facilitation of custom digital sales. In this role, you will be responsible for digital project execution, including but not limited to: engaging in customer interactions, basic design work, overseeing assigned graphic design resources and exceeding customer expectations in design delivery. The Solutions Coordinator will report to the Supervisor, Digital Coordination and be based in-person at our Corporate Office in Medina, OH. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct intake for digital project requests to determine requirements - Review customer provided art images to confirm suitability for print to wall coverings - Using designated tools & platforms, execute image searches meeting customer requirements - Using designated tools & platforms execute level one design activities meeting customer requirements, including but not limited to: image searches, image generation, perform minor image resizing/cropping - Collaborate with customers to ensure image selections and edits align with their design vision & project requirements - Docume...
