Overview BerryDunn is seeking an experienced Medicaid Practice Group Manager – Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) to serve as a trusted advisor and delivery lead for our American Samoa Medicaid client. This role is responsible for guiding the maturation of Medicaid enterprise systems programs and strengthening program and project management (PgMO) capabilities within a complex, evolving territorial Medicaid environment. This position will sit remotely and support American Samoa’s Medicaid modernization efforts, with a primary focus on Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) and other MES modules as identified. The successful candidate will bring deep MES domain expertise, strong program and project management leadership, and the ability to adapt best practices to the operational realities, scale, and capacity of a U.S. territory Medicaid agency. As an MPG Manager focusing on MES, you will lead efforts to standardize and strengthen PgMO processes across MES initiatives, with particular emphasis on Eligibility and Enrollment systems, system integration, and federal compliance.
