Job Description Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds. Roles and Responsibilities: - Maintenance - Drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry. - Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - forklift and aerial lift - Training for job duties provided by company as required - High school diploma or GED required - Clean driving record - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment - Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of direction - Some knowledge of computers preferred - Sound judgement and a high level of work ethic - Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties - Performs all work in accordance with company safety procedures - Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - We encourage diverse candidates to apply Salary Range: The expected rate for this position ranges from $31 to $34 hourly.
