Director, Strategy & Operations - Banking

What's the role? As the Director of Strategy and Operations for the Banking team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth by attracting customers who engage fully with our suite of products and features. You will be working on the strategy, product roadmap, and day-to-day program management of all banking products — including leading new product launches and feature iterations from the business side, and managing key external partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and ecosystem partners. Your key objective in this role is to increase in-network adoption of our banking products and drive sustainable engagement - that might include developing features or marketing treatments that increase the engagement level of Bilt Reward Members with our different banking products: The Bilt Mastercard, Rent Reporting, and Homeownership services.
