ABOUT THE ROLE: Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will support the Principal Investigator in the delivery of research activity on “Feasibility of On-Site 3D Printed Housing Using Recycled Demolition Waste”. Key responsibilities include designing experimental programmes, contributing original ideas for material formulations and testing methodologies, collaborating with industrial and academic partners, and disseminating research findings through technical reports and peer-reviewed publications. This is a fixed-term postdoctoral position (8 months) funded by Innovate UK research grant with an expected start date of 1 May 2026. ABOUT THE TEAM: This research project is being delivered within the School of Engineering, Physics and Mathematics at Northumbria University Newcastle ( https://www.northumbria.ac.uk/about-us/our-schools/school-of-engineering-physics-and-mathematics/ ).
