Licensed Physical Therapist Position Type: PRN - 7a-4p, 6 weekend days per quarter Benefits: - Eligible for PRN flat rate! - Matching 401(k) Job Summary: The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately. Essential Functions: - Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans. - Administers safe and effective therapy treatments, ensuring all interventions are appropriately documented. - Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans within appropriate timeframes to align with patient progress and changing needs. - Provides clear, concise, and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information. - Educates patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and post-treatment care to support long-term recovery. - Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean, organized, and safe environme...
