Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports. - Experience managing both component qualifications and supply chain resiliency programs in a supply chain organization. - Experience managing new product introductions (NPI) for hardware manufacturing processes. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience in project management launching hardware new product introduction processes for electronics (e.g., printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), server, racks, and manufacturing). - Experience with direct engagement in planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, material management and planning, supply chain design and strategy.
