Cottage Health seeks a Patient Access Registrar for their CH Patient Access department responsible for working directly with patients, clinical staff, and other CH employees to provide information and resolve issues relating to patient accounts. The Patient Access Registrar is the first impression of patients arriving for services and is responsible for creating a positive patient experience. QUALIFICATIONS: All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. Education: - Preferred: College Associate’s degree or higher. Technical Requirements: - Minimum: Basic MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills; 35 wpm keyboard/typing speed. - Preferred: Expert knowledge of MS Office software, including PowerPoint and Access.
