Registered Nurse- PACU- Full Time 72-hour biweekly, Rotating Shifts, On Call Requirements Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus! The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Meritus Medical Center offers an exceptional opportunity to join a highly skilled team of critical care nurses in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role provides a high level of clinical autonomy while caring for a diverse population of surgical and trauma patients. Our unit maintains low nurse-to-patient ratios in alignment with national ASPAN standards, fully supported by a dedicated leadership team. This structure allows nurses the time and resources to deliver safe, high-quality, and individualized patient care. As a Phase I recovery unit, PACU RNs are responsible for continuous monitoring, assessment, and intervention for post-operative patients emerging from anesthesia. Nurses in this role are exposed to a wide variety of surgical procedures and benefit from ongoing opportunities to learn about advancements in surgical and recovery care.
