The Manager, Travel Sales Call Center is responsible for leading the call center travel sales operation to drive sales production and revenue growth. This role oversees the performance of virtual Travel Advisors, establishes and manages sales goals, ensures appropriate staffing levels, and delivers a consistent, high quality member experience.
