Your Role We are looking for a Media Lead with at least 8 years of experience in leading the strategy and execution of 360° media plans for a diverse brand portfolio. This role blends analytical rigor, creative innovation, and negotiation expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns across Grocery and Specialized channels (pet shops and veterinary clinics). You’ll oversee everything from audience strategies using first-party data to AI-driven solutions for programmatic buying and creative optimization. Retail media will be a key focus, along with balancing awareness and conversion KPIs like lead generation and traffic to online and offline stores. It is essential that you have worked on driving digital business growth from a Media perspective. Preferably, you have experience on the client side managing these topics, not only in an agency. Success in this role also requires a deep understanding of media negotiation and execution dynamics in Italy , including local market trends, key players, and consumer behaviors.
