Main Duties and Responsibilities: Credentialing: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire revenue cycle, focusing on maximizing revenue generation and minimizing claim denials. - Oversee all billing, coding, collections, and denial management activities. - Ensure accurate and timely claim submission to all insurance payers. - Analyze and identify areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process. - Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as collection rates, AR days, and denial rates. - Develop and mai...
