What you’ll do: - Deliver comprehensive inpatient neonatal care from birth through age two. - Independently manage neonatal patient encounters with support appropriate to experience level. - Participate in collaborative rounds with neonatologists, APPs, nursing, respiratory therapy, and allied health partners. - Partner closely with multidisciplinary leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
