Talent Acquisition Specialist Reporting into the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of all required positions for the Infrastructure East division at Bird Construction. This position will be based out of Mississauga, Ontario. What You Will Be Working On Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. - Execute full cycle recruitment for hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow. - Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team. - Execute strategic programs to identify and attract talent. - Track talent acquisition metrics defined by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to monitor talent acquisition trends and determine potential improvements. - Actively source candidates as appropriate. - Establish strong internal relationships with the business, People & Culture and front-line leadership. - Act as the talent acquisition ambassador for the organization and establish a strong external network and partnerships with agencies, associations, and universities...
