General Summary: - The Director of Human Resources serves as an internal advisor to senior leadership and management regarding human resources matters to include on-boarding, critical life moments, conflict resolution, performance management, and complex accommodations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring effective resolution of workplace disputes and conflicts through effective practices of conflict resolution, policy administration, and collaboration with Legal Counsel.
