We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location : ​Ballina​: Department : ​ Summary: This role leads and executes engineering projects focused on developing, implementing, qualifying, and optimizing automated or semi‑automated manufacturing processes and equipment. The position collaborates cross‑functionally with Global Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and NPD to deliver new capacity, enable new product introductions, drive cost and waste reduction, and support continuous improvement. The engineer applies strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and structured project management to ensure manufacturing systems meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role may also provide oversight to vendors, contribute to technology development, and support process reliability across multiple sites.
