We wish you all the best with your job search and future career. About the role: This role is seeking female support workers to work with an individual on a 3:1 support ratio. The individual requiring support has schizophrenia, autism, generalised anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and an eating disorder which poses a significant risk to requiring PEG feeding in the future. They also are currently using a wheelchair for mobility due to an accident they are currently recovering from. Communication is key to effective support, and this individual uses a variety of communication tools depending upon how they feel and present, these include verbal communication, Proloquo2go and Makaton.
