Job Title Student Worker, Business Services Agency: Texas Division of Emergency Management Department: Accounts Payable and Travel Proposed Minimum Salary: $15.00 hourly Job Location: Austin, Texas Job Type: Student Worker Job Description: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is an emergency response entity, and this status can affect working hours, travel, and change in duties as needed. Under general direction, the Student Worker for the Business Services Division will assist with developing and maintaining a consistent and effective reconciliation and monitoring system to ensure all system interfaces function as intended. Aids Investigating and resolving errors, mis-feeds, and other interface exceptions. Work is restricted to college students. Priorities or class schedules to be submitted on a weekly basis. Work schedule and work adjustments subject to prior approval. Work is performed at the TDEM Headquarters located in Austin, Texas. **This position is not eligible for benefits.
